- Agreement:By hiring Perfect Pear Exterior Cleaning, you agree to a legally binding agreement for the work to be completed on an agreed-upon
date and at an agreed-upon price. Additional charges may apply for extra work. In the event of breaking the agreement, any deposits made will be
forfeited as damages if there scheduling is done less than 72 hours before the appointment. Estimated prices may change if additional work is added
during the job.
2.ServiceWarranties:
RoofSoftWashing&10-Year&5-Year Limited Warranty: Perfect Pear Exterior Cleaning follows industry-standard SoftWash process and procedures
and offers a10-Year&5-yearwarranty.If anymold,mildewormossgrowthisobservedwithin12monthsoftheservice,PerfectPearExterior
Cleaningwillretreattheareas atnocharge.Fromyears2-5or10,retreatmentwillbeprovidedat50%offtheoriginalquotedprice.Thewarranty
covers shingles, concrete/clay tile, asbestos andcompoundsurfaceswithnopoolingontheroof.Treelimbs anddebris restingonorwithin8feetof a
roof surfacecanvoidthewarranty.
GutterCleaning:Theserviceincludes removingdebris inthegutter systemthatinhibitswaterflow.Theservicecomeswitha90-dayguarantee.If
clogginghappensduringthis time,PerfectPearExteriorCleaningwillreturnandunclogthematnocharge.Thisdoesnot apply tohomeswith
overgrowntreeswithin8feetofthegutterlineor clogsduetoimproperinstallationorundergroundblockage.
HouseWashing:Comeswitha1-year algae-freeguarantee.PerfectPearExteriorCleaningwilldoa spottreatmentif algaegrowthappearsonyour
home.
ScreenEnclosureCleaning:PerfectPearExteriorCleaningusesSoftWashingmethods andgives a1-year algae-freeguarantee.PerfectPearExterior
Cleaningisnotresponsibleforlooseortornscreens.
FlatWork:PerfectPearExteriorCleaningutilizesbothpressureandsoftwashingmethods to clean flatwork. The warranty offers a6-monthalgae-
free cleaning guarantee.
PaverCleaning,Sanding&Sealing:PerfectPearExteriorCleaningguaranteespavers tobecleanfor6monthsunsealedand12monthswhensealed.
Sand will be uneven and will not look like grout.
3.WaterUsage:PerfectPearExteriorCleaninghas the right to use on-site water supply tocompletethestatedprojectwithout compensation.If an
offsitewater supply is required,itwillbeat anadditional charge.Thecustomeris responsibleforprovidingaccess tothewater supplybeforePerfect
PearExteriorCleaningarrives.
4.PlantDamage:It shouldbeexpectedplantburningtooccur.Plantdeathisunusual.Weask yougivePerfectPearRoof&ExteriorCleaning90days
todetermineiftheplantisdeador alive
5.Courtesy:Thecustomeris responsiblefor keepingall children,pets, vehicles andotherindividuals away fromthework areawhilePerfectPear
ExteriorCleaningisperformingworkontheproperty.Childrenandpetsmustbekeptoff andaway fromthework surfacefor atleast24hours after
thework is completed.
6.Payments:Payments aredueatthetimeof serviceandaretobepaidby check, cash,or agreed-upondebit/credit cards.Allbalances aredueupon
completionofthejob, andlatechargeswillbeassessedonallbalancesnotpaidinaccordancewithagreementterms.Thecustomer agrees topay
any collectioncostincurredbyPerfectPearExteriorCleaningrelatedtothecollectionprocessofoutstandingbalances.
7.Scheduling:Thecustomeris responsiblefor schedulingappointments, andany reschedulingmustbedoneatleast2daysbeforetheappointment.
PerfectPearExteriorCleaningisnotresponsiblefor any changes inproductivityduetotheweather.
8.Removal andReplacementofDeckContents:Homeowners areresponsiblefortheremoval andreplacementof alldeck furniture,grills,planters,
andotheritems.IfPerfectPearExteriorCleaningneeds toremoveany items,theywillnotbeheldresponsiblefor anydamage,breakage,or storage
issues.Anadditional chargeof$75.00perhourwithaminimumof$75.00willbeappliedfortimeandlabordevotedtotheremovaloftheseitems.
9.Damages:PerfectPearExteriorCleaningwillnotbeheldresponsiblefordamages causedby improperly installedsiding,looseshingles,brokenor
openedwindows,improperly sealedwindows anddoors,woodrot,defectiveconstruction,improperly securedwires,looseorimproperly installed
gutters,paint, andimproper caulking.Sunandweathermay causefadingorbleachingof colorinpaint.PerfectPearExteriorCleaningwillnotbe
responsiblefor any resultingconditions.Theywill alsonotberesponsibleforloosemortardislodgedduringthecleaningprocessorpaint changing
colorwhenexposedtobleach.Properlypreppedandpaintedsurfaces arenot affectedbybleach
10.Stains:Somestains, suchas treesap, artillery fungus, andpaint splatters, cannotberemovedby conventionalmeansofpowerwashingor soft
washing.PerfectPearExteriorCleaningwillmakeeveryefforttoidentify andpointout suchareas tothecustomerduringprojectquoting.However,
they cannotguaranteetheremovalof artillery fungus fromtheexteriorofthehouse.PerfectPearRoof&ExteriorCleaningdoesnotguaranteethe
completeremovalofoil.
11.PropertyCondition:PerfectPearExteriorCleaningassumes thattheproperty is ingoodrepair andweather-tight,includingallelectrical services,
receptacles,lightfixtures,doors, andwindows.Theywillnotberesponsiblefordamages resultingfromwaterinfiltrationduetopoororimproper
installation,maintenance,orrepairoftheseitems.
12.WindowCleaning:Windowcleaningisnotincludedunless specified, andhardwater andcalciuminthewatermay causewater spottingon
windows.Doesnotincludehardwater spotorpaintoverspray removal.(not a squeegeecleaning).Wewillnotdry theedgeswitha towel.
13.GutterBrightening:Standardsoftwashdoesnotincludegutterbrightening, andguttersmay accumulatedirt,grime, andoxidation.
14. LightInstallation:PerfectPeardoesn’tputupcustomers lights andthattheyonlyputupPerfectPearsprofessionalgradelights.Thecustomer
alsoacknowledges thatPerfectPearowns theirlights andcustomeris rentingthelights fromPerfectPear.
