We provide four services a year, once a quarter. Pick the month you would like your first visit, and we will show you what is included that quarter.

A member of our team will follow up shortly with a secure link to save your card on file for billing. Nothing is charged today.
Your program includes a free 1-hour touch-up between regular visits, whenever you need one.

WHAT WILL YOU GET?
- Exterior maintenance on Auto-Pilot. We schedule and coordinate your cleaning FOUR times per year.
- We clean all flatwork (including fences & pavers) with 1% bleach. This will ensure that everything stays clean all year long.
- We put an oil based product on to the roof to bring the color out, put oil on the shingles & make the granulars stick in the shingles longer. (For shingle roofs only). This is applied once a year. (For tile roofs, we apply a 1% bleach on the roof that will keep it clean all year long).
- We will use a wax based product which is an exterior washing agent that protects & cleans the house, outside gutters, windows & screen enclosures.
- Your roof is blown off up to once a month. (By Request)
- Monthly touch-ups as requested. (Cannot exceed more than 1 hour or additional discounted charges apply).

P.E.A.R. Maintenance Program Service Agreement
Cancellation Policy
I understand that the P.E.A.R. Maintenance Program can be canceled at any time. However, monthly payments are non-refundable. If the program is canceled less than 3 business days before the scheduled appointment, there will be no refunds for the initial investment.
Additional Charges
I understand that the P.E.A.R. Maintenance plan includes no extra charges, except for sealer, sand, and any work beyond the one-hour touch-up.
Technician Assignment
I understand that only one technician will be assigned to my job at a time.
Cleaning Standards
I understand that cleaning standards may vary, and I agree to work with Perfect Pear to meet my expectations.
Cleaning Solution
I understand that Perfect Pear uses a cleaning solution made of 10% bleach and 90% water. This may require several visits to achieve a 100% clean state on heavily soiled areas.
Cancellation After Cleaning
I understand that if I cancel after receiving a cleaning but before being charged for that month, the charge will still be processed. No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
Payment and Coverage
I understand that the initial payment for the P.E.A.R. Maintenance program covers services for that quarter, not the next three months. Monthly payments begin the month after the first cleaning.
Monthly Billing
I understand that my credit card will be billed monthly, totaling 12 charges per year. This guarantees at least four scheduled services annually, with the option for monthly touch-ups.
Access and Notifications
I understand that I do not need to be home for the work to be completed, but I must provide access to the cleaning areas. Perfect Pear will notify me by email and text two weeks before and on the day of the service.
Service Photos
I understand that Perfect Pear will provide photos of any service performed upon request via email or WhatsApp.
Sealer and Sand Applications
I understand that sealer and/or sand applications must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled cleaning. I must ensure these materials are ready and accessible for the technician.
Initial Cleaning
I understand that initial cleanings may require adjustments and may take longer than subsequent cleanings. For example, immediate pressure washing of sidewalks and driveways may be necessary during the first cleaning if I prefer immediate results over gradual chemical treatments.
Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or personnel emergencies may require my appointment to be rescheduled. I agree to allow a 14-day window for rescheduling.
